Plastic Bag Ban

March 1st is Sunday. The month is starting, and so is the plastic bag ban. There will be confusion, but we are confident that Sunset Park will be able to tackle this like we tackle everything else. No longer will plastic bags be waving in the wind on trees.

Not long ago there were broken bottles and cans in the streets, parks and just about everywhere. We adjusted to returning the bottles and cans or at least putting them out for others to collect.

Sunset Park is resilient. We will be able to adapt to this new regulation and move on.
